Shipping policy

We ship worldwide via Sendle & Australia Post.  

We try to ship all online orders the same day unless received after 12pm, on the weekend or on a Public Holiday in which case they will be shipped out the next business day. Dunk releases may take longer to ship due to the high volume of orders which we have to process during these releases.

In the event of a return or exchange; the customer is liable for the shipping cost of returning the item to the store. The original shipping cost associated with the purchase is non-refundable.

The customer is also liable for any cost associated with shipping an exchanged item back to them.
