In Hopeworld, candles aren’t just decor - they’re relics from another world. Founder Hope Roalfe conjures up each piece with inspiration from fantasy and folklore; bringing to this realm a collection of whimsical creations that can sit on your shelf as either friends or sacrifices. Each candle has its own personality, and no two candles are the same.

@hoperofl_ founded 'Hopeworld' in 2021. Coming from a background of graphic design, she wanted to use her skills to produce functional art as a form of self-expression: so, Hopeworld was born!! Since 2021, the business has grown significantly. She sold over 1,200 candles in 2024, collaborating with iconic brands such as Adidas, Mubi, Heresy and Edwin. The candles have been featured in i-D, The Face, and Proper Magazines. Originally from London, Hope moved to Sydney, Australia and continues to stock her candles in stores across the globe.

Sustainability:
Hopworld is completely open with the making process and materials and sustainability is at the heart of the brand. Their candles are made with luxury wax combination of ethically sourced beeswax, soywax and paraffin. Whilst paraffin is not the most sustainable option, we add a tiny amount to our candles to ensure they last as long as possible. The paraffin enhances the candles' durability, and prevents them from discolouring over time. They use organic cotton wicks, nontoxic dyes, and paraben free fragrance in their candles.
